Bayer Leverkusen host Hoffenheim
Bayer Leverkusen host Hoffenheim in a match from the third round of the Bundesliga. We are going to take a look at this fixture at the BayArena in our sure win prediction today. Are you ready?
Bayer Leverkusen started the new campaign just as they wanted to – with two wins from the first two games. Die Werkself won against Paderborn and Fortuna Dusseldorf in the first two games, showing that it was not a fluke that they qualified for the Champions League last season. Now they will try to do the same.
In the previous round Leverkusen visited Fortuna Dusseldorf at the Merkur Spiel-Arena and achieved a 3-1 win. The game started with an own goal from Fortuna’s Lewis Baker, which was followed by goals from Charles Aranguiz and Karim Bellarabi. At the end of the game the hosts scored via Alfredo Morales, but this didn’t change much.
In the same time Hoffenheim have a win and a loss from the first two rounds. After they lost agianst Eintracht Frankfurt in the first round, Hoffe got back on their feet and achieved a 3-2 win over Werder Bremen at home. Ermin Bicakcic, Ihlas Bebou and Pavel Kaderabek scored for the hosts. It was Alfred Schreuder’s first Bundesliga win as a manager of Hoffenheim. He replaced Julian Nagelsmann in the summer.
Both managers can’t use some of their players for the next game.
Bayer Leverkusen will be without the Finnish striker Joel Pohjanpalo, who is still recovering. Meanwhile Hoffenheim can’t use Andrej Kramaric and Benjamin Hubner, who are still unavaliable for selection.
That’s our sure win prediction today for the Bundesliga game between Bayer Leverkusen and Hoffenheim on Saturday. Leverkusen have the home advantage here, plus they won their first two games in the league. But in the previous round Hoffenheim won as well, so it’s going to be interesting.
