Juventus – Milan

Can Milan stop the champion Juventus at the Allianz Stadium on Sunday? The Rossoneri will have a tough task against the Serie A champion in a match from the 12th round of the league. Let’s take a look in our football forecast for today.

There’s no doubt that this season will be a completely new experience for Juventus – the club which dominates Italian football at the moment. The sole reason for this is Inter Milan, which was ressurected by Juve’s former manager Antonio Conte. Being just one point behind the Bianconeri in the standings, giving them a real fight for the title.

This means that now Juventus are going to be under pressure to win everytime they can. On Sunday the Bianconeri will meet a struggling Milan side, but it doesn’t mean it’s going to be easy.

Juve are entering this game just few days after their visit to Lokomotiv Moscow in the Champions League. In the Russian capital Juventus achieved a 2-1 win, thanks to the goals of Aaron Ramsey and Douglas Costa. Maurizio Sarri’s problems are in defense, where Giorgio Chiellini and Matthijs de Ligt are injured. Against Lokomotiv it was Leonardo Bonucci and Daniele Rugani who started in front of Wojciech Szczesny. The Turkish centre back Merih Demiral is another option in defense.

Milan still can’t find the recipe for improvement. The Rossoneri are currently 11th in the Serie A with 13 points won. Since he replaced the sacked Marco Giampaolo at helm, the club’s new manager Stefano Pioli managed to achieve just one win – against SPAL at the San Siro.

Last week Milan suffered a home defeat against Lazio, which once agan dissapointed the fans. After the break Pioli picked Ante Rebic, Rafael Leao and Giacomo Bonaventura from the bench, but it didn’t help.

These are our football forecast predictions for today for the Serie A match between Juventus and Milan on Sunday. We don’t advice you to look for an upset here, we don’t see a chance for one.
